Hi, I’m David

I’ve always been driven by curiosity and creativity—whether it was playing piano with my dad as a kid, building forts on school camping trips, or later, launching and growing businesses (I was an early team member at Lyft and founded a number of other businesses collectively valued at over $30B).


After years inside fast-paced startup environments—with investors, big teams, and endless sprints—I realized I wanted to create in a way that felt like a joyful expression of who I am. So I built my own independent business around work I genuinely love, one that gave me back my time and my attention, and it changed how I think about what a business is for.

Now I help other people do the same—getting clear on the life they want, then building a business that supports it. I've spent years experimenting with different ways of working, helping hundreds of people find their own path, and I'm still doing this work in my own life, too. What I bring is a combination of real-world experience, practical tools, genuine curiosity, and a commitment to figuring it out together.
